Transfers

Prague airport and back

Václav Havel Airport (PRG) to your hotel, apartment or main station, and the reverse on departure day. Meet in arrivals, name sign, help with luggage.

Meet and greet

Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign. If the flight is late, he adjusts, with no surprise waiting fees.

Any Prague address

Old Town hotel, Vinohrady Airbnb, or Praha hlavní nádraží. Drop-off at the door.

Back to the airport

Pickup timed for security and your flight. You are not doing taxi maths on a tense morning.

Transfer prices

Price per ride, not per person. The vehicle is yours alone, airport to an address in Prague and back.

PassengersPrice per ride
Up to 3 passengers€30
4 passengers€35
Up to 6 passengers€50
Up to 8 passengers€55

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

A good transfer is one you never think about. This is the whole process, from your first message to the hotel door.

    Step 1

    Send your flight details

Flight number, date, landing time, how many of you, how many bags, and the Prague address. If the hotel is not final yet, you can update it later.

  2. 02

    Step 2

    Get confirmation and a price

A WhatsApp reply with a fixed price for the ride, reasonable waiting included and no surprise extras. Traffic does not change what you pay.

  3. 03

    Step 3

    Meet in arrivals

The flight is checked by number beforehand. If it is late, the pickup time moves with it. Your driver waits with a sign once you are past baggage and customs.

  4. 04

    Step 4

    Straight to your address

Help with the bags, an air-conditioned car, one direct ride. On the way you can ask anything about Prague, from transit tickets to where to eat on your first evening.

Distances and drive times

Transfers do not stop at the airport. These are the most requested routes, one way in normal traffic.

Mistakes you can skip

Grabbing a taxi at the kerb

Whoever takes the first car outside arrivals sometimes pays several times a pre-agreed fare. Booking ahead means a known price and a car that waits, even at three in the morning.

Changing money at the airport

The currency here is the Czech koruna, not the euro. Airport exchange counters offer some of the worst rates in the country. A card, or an ATM belonging to a major bank in town, is better.

Luggage that does not fit

Four passengers with four large suitcases and a stroller need a van, not a small car. Say how many you are and how many bags, and the right vehicle is sent. Nobody has to unpack a boot in the car park.

Skipping the transfer and regretting it

Bus 119 to Nádraží Veleslavín and the metro is genuinely cheap. With two suitcases, a tired child and rain, those transfers make the saving feel much smaller.

Transfer questions

What does it cost?

Priced per ride, not per person. Up to 3 passengers €30, 4 passengers €35, up to 6 passengers €50, up to 8 passengers €55. The vehicle is yours alone, airport to an address in Prague and back.

What if the flight is delayed?

The flight is checked by number before the driver leaves for the airport. A reasonable delay does not add a fee, and it does not leave you alone in arrivals either.

Where exactly do we meet?

After baggage claim and customs, in the terminal arrivals hall, at the sign with your name. If anything goes wrong there is a WhatsApp number that answers on the spot.

Can we stop at a shop or an ATM?

Yes, if you say so in advance. A short stop between the airport and the hotel is a common request, especially on late arrivals.

Are child seats available?

They can be requested in advance, by age and weight. Mention it in the same message as the flight number.

Do you drive outside Prague?

Yes. Transfers to a hotel in Karlovy Vary, Český Krumlov, Dresden or Vienna are arranged the same way. Distances and times are in the table above.

How is payment handled?

The price is agreed in advance on WhatsApp and settled at the end of the ride. Prepaid online checkout will be added to the site later.
